Vision
What Would I Tell My Younger Me? vision was derived from recognizing that people, of all generations, do not have the professional skills (i.e., soft skills) educational support that is coupled with coaching and mentoring in order to navigate the workplace with 'people who have been there, done that' skillfully- who want to help. We are here to serve others and our measure of success is simple - did the people who attended our get-together feel blessed, helped and affirmed?
